So I think that the ‘ideal’ Contact / Help page should contain these components:

  1. Action buttons (e.g Order tracking)
  2. Search box
  3. Support topics
  4. FAQ
  5. Contact info (email, phone, Messenger, Tweet…)
  6. Contact form
